By accessing and using 🎤AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on 🎤AI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Voice Cloning Rights

You retain all rights to the voices you clone and the audio you generate. However, you must have legal rights to clone any voice you upload.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this service to:

• Clone voices without proper authorization
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

🎤AI Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
